Construction Estimator

We're a growing drywall company in the Hartford area, looking for a Estimator, with at least 5 years of experience. You'll be responsible for estimating costs for drywall & steel stud framing, preparing detailed breakdowns, and managing key communication between Foremen, Contractors, and suppliers. Experience with On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Review construction documents to create accurate bids.
• Prepare project cost estimates from RFQs, drawings, and pre-bid meetings.
• Keep estimating tools and databases updated.
• Maintain constant communication with contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in estimating and project management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• In-Person ONLY. NO REMOTE WORK.

Compensation:

• Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year.
• Benefits: 401(k) matching, health, dental, and vision insurance.
