About This Role A leading automotive manufacturer is hiring a Construction Cost Estimator to develop project estimates for construction, renovation, and improvements of industrial and commercial buildings in Georgetown, KY (100% onsite, local candidates preferred). You will estimate from simple improvements up to greenfield design and construction, create conceptual budgetary estimates and CSI MasterFormat bid proposals, analyze contractor bids for scope gaps, and build historical cost data, collaborating with executives, technical experts, and construction managers.
