We are currently seeking an Experienced Concrete Crew Foreman to join one our team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
• Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of concrete forming, grading, and finishing
• Ability to manage crews and maintain production goals safely and efficiently
• Clean MVR

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the concrete crew on a daily basis
• Form and pour all types of curbs, sidewalk, Parking lots and concrete pads according to plans and specifications
• Ensure proper grade and elevations are maintained
• Coordinate workflow and maintain productivity
• Enforce company safety standards and job site cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with Superintendent.

Some Saturdays are required. Saturday work is mandatory when scheduled.
