Key Responsibilities:

• Grade & Blueprint Mastery: You must be able to read complex structural prints and shoot your own grades. We deal with extreme elevation changes (yard-to-pool-to-floor) that require precision.
• Field Leadership: Manage and mentor crews on-site. You are the final word on quality and structural integrity.
• Formwork Specialist: Oversee high-spec "pour-in-place" walls using aluminum form systems.

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Leadership: You've run crews and managed high-stakes residential sites.
• Technical DNA: You can look at a set of prints and a sloped lot and know exactly how to set your forms to hit elevation perfectly.
• Self-Sufficient: You don't need a hand-holder. You see the problem and solve it before the mud hits the ground.
