A-Line Staffing is Now Hiring a Remote / Travel Community Resource Coordinator II Compensation & Highlights $29.00 per hour Remote work with up to five days per week of fieldwork Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day Flexible start and end times based on local scheduling No overtime Location & Travel Requirements This position is remote with extensive fieldwork throughout assigned New York counties. The coordinator will travel to members' homes and community locations to conduct health screenings. Counties Supported: Suffolk County Erie County Oneida County Candidates must be comfortable with telephonic outreach, scheduling appointments, and traveling to members' homes and community events. Job Summary The Community Resource Coordinator II supports Centene's Medicare Stars Performance program by conducting preventive health screenings for members, including retinal eye exams and bone mineral density screenings. The coordinator will receive training on a mobile retinal eye camera and a Mini Omni bone mineral density scanner. After training, the coordinator will independently contact assigned members, schedule appointments, and perform screenings at members' homes or community locations. This is a member-facing position that requires initiative, organization, and the ability to work independently while supporting preventive care and quality improvement goals.
