LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing legal team that is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support their Community Association practice in Tampa, Florida. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys managing a diverse range of document-focused responsibilities.

What You'll Do:
  • Prepare association notices, meeting materials, amendments, and related correspondence
  • Assist with document updates, recording filings, and organizing governing documents
  • Manage title-related requests and assemble various association packages
  • Support attorneys by tracking deadlines, organizing files, and ensuring workflow runs smoothly
What You Bring:
  • 3-5 years of relevant legal experience
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new tools
  • Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (Associate required; Bachelor's preferred)
