Red Rhino Roofs & Solar Commercial continues to expand and we're hiring an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to help drive the growth and profitability of our commercial division. This role is built for a professional estimator who understands how pricing, scope, and margin directly impact company success - and wants to share in that upside.

What You'll Do

• Estimate commercial roofing projects (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, coatings, repairs)
• Perform accurate takeoffs and scope reviews
• Price work for profitability, not just volume
• Collaborate with sales and operations on bids and strategy, building an effective team
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and value engineering

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years commercial roofing estimating experience (ideal)
• Strong knowledge of systems, specs, and assemblies
• Proven ability to protect margin and improve hit rate
• Detail-oriented, confident, and accountable
• Team focused for success for all
• Attitude is everything!

Compensation & Upside

• Top-of-market base salary ($80-100k+)
• Sales commissions opportunities on self generated leads
• Performance bonuses tied to hit rate, margin, and revenues) (total estimated income estimates between $150-250,000)
