LHH is partnering with a respected Tampa-area law firm seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal who thrives in the fast-paced world of acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, and complex closings. What You'll Do
Manage commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing
Coordinate due diligence, title, survey, zoning, and entity documentation
Review title commitments, surveys, and related documents to identify issues and track resolutions
Prepare closing checklists, closing binders, and transaction documents
Work directly with attorneys, lenders, developers, title companies, and clients
Track deadlines, contingencies, and critical milestones to keep transactions on schedule
Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, leasing matters, and development projects
Organize and maintain transaction files and electronic records
Support multiple deals simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
What Makes You Successful
3+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
Strong understanding of commercial transactions, title review, and closing procedures
Experience coordinating with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and outside parties
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Ability to prioritize multiple transactions in a deadline-driven environment
Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
