Job Details Lead high-end commercial interior tenant improvement projects from preconstruction and buyout through closeout. Own the budget and schedule on your projects: cost tracking, change orders, forecasting, and keeping the job profitable. Carry the client relationship as the main point of contact for owners, tenants, and brokers, and build the repeat business that grows the Austin office. Lead and develop the PMs and APMs reporting to you, and set the standard for how projects get run. Partner with superintendents, architects, and trade partners to deliver a premium finish on schedule and on budget. Requirements GC-side project management experience on commercial interior tenant improvement work, not owner's rep, design-side, or ground up only. A track record of owning project budgets and schedules from start to finish. Has carried client relationships directly and has had PMs or APMs reporting to them. Genuine Class A corporate, tech, or life-science interior experience on mid-to-large projects. Fluency with Procore and Bluebeam. Based in the Austin metro. Interested in hearing more?
