Commercial Electrical Project Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 per year (DOE)
Experience Required: 3+ year in commercial electrical project management

Applicant Requirements:

• Must be proficient in reading Blue Prints
• Must be well organized
• Must be willing to travel of work day if necessary (to travel from site to site)
• Must be able to execute projects from start to finish and maintain positive Customer Relations
• Must have at least 5 years Prior electrical project management experience.
• Have a vehicle and electrical power tools not mandatory

Experience:

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong background in commercial construction estimating (3+ years)
• Evaluate labor, materials, and subcontractor services needed for repairs or improvements
• Prepare fair and accurate cost analyses and pricing proposals
• Field experience coordinating with construction management teams
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus
• OSHA 30 certifications are desired but not mandatory
