Vision Construction and Consulting is seeking a Construction Superintendents! We offer a great compensation package as well as benefits and retention bonuses. We provide professional services to the Educational PK-12, Municipal, Commercial and Industrial communities, our staff and ownership possess a unique combination of education, expertise and talents that are unparalleled. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Municipal work experience a PLUS.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate & supervise day to day operations of project.
• Supervise aggressive construction schedules and hold contractors accountable to the schedule.
• Supervise subcontractors during the construction process including labor, materials, workmanship and quality control and hold subcontractors accountable for their overall quality of their work.
• Submit daily & weekly field reports.
• Attend weekly contractor and construction manager meetings.
• Attend weekly owner, architect and construction manager meetings.
• Implement job site safety requirements.
• Conduct weekly job site safety meetings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in commercial construction
• Ability to learn policies & procedures quickly
• MUST BE Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Power Point
• OSHA 10 HR Certified.
• Must be proficient in blue print reading & interpretation of all contract documents to include, sub-contracts, blue prints, specification manuals, addenda, submittals, RFI's etc.
• Knowledge of scheduling & project management software, i.e. Newforma, Procore, Prolog or similar.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with owners/representatives and trade subcontractors to clarify scopes as written.
• Professional conduct is required.
• Must pass drug and back ground test
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle
