Cold Forming Operator

Cold Forming Operator Responsibilities: Set up and operated automatic cold former machines using setup sheets, tooling charts, blueprints, and machine manuals to manufacture parts to print while utilizing upsetting, extrusion, and piercing processes Troubleshot machine, tooling, and production issues by diagnosing malfunctions, replacing worn components, adjusting machine settings, and monitoring process controls to maximize uptime and productivity Inspected and verified part quality using precision measuring equipment, SPC charts, control plans, and two-pan inspection procedures while maintaining product traceability and controlling non-conforming material Performed preventative maintenance, completed production and quality documentation, maintained organized work areas, followed safety procedures, and collaborated with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills & Experience: Must have mechanical ability Knowledge of micrometers, calipers, gauges, hand tools and related tools Must be able to work on Monday to Friday from 3:30pm to 12am Ability to read and understand blueprints Preferred Skills & Experience: Previous experience operating cold forming machine Disclaimer: By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
