Job Description

Supervise and lead a team of 25-30 hourly employees within the CNC/Okuma Department

Drive quality, safety, and productivity improvements through the use of metrics, analytics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making

Manage all aspects of team development including hiring, training, discipline, and performance reviews

Monitor and report hour-by-hour production metrics to ensure on-time delivery targets are consistently met

Key Requirements

CNC knowledge preferred but not required

BS/BA degree preferred, or a minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience without a degree

Strong forward-thinking mindset with the ability to set and achieve departmental goals

Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing (MFG) environment with a focus on KPIs, metrics, and analytical/data-driven decision-making
