CNC Mill Operator (2nd Shift)

Company Overview: A leading precision OEM manufacturing company in the aerospace industry, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. Operating in a 60,000 sqft state-of-the-art facility, our team of 70 professionals utilizes over 20 advanced CNC machines to deliver unparalleled quality in complex machining. Job Description: We are looking for CNC Operators to support our dynamic production floor. The role involves operating 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines, contributing to the manufacturing of precision parts. While experience in setups is preferred, candidates with strong operating experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Operate 3 Axis Vertical CNC Mills, and 4 & 5-Axis Horizontal Mori Seiki Mills. Assist in the setup of CNC machines as needed (experience in setup is preferred but not mandatory). Follow precise operational procedures and blueprints to ensure quality and accuracy. Conduct routine inspections of machined parts using necessary gauges and equipment. Understand and apply basic principles of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Participate in occasional Saturday work schedules (optional). Qualifications: - High-tolerance CNC Milling Machine Operation experience - Ability to interpret blueprints
