CNC Mazak lathe Machinist Programmer

Balanceworx is hiring an experienced CNC Mazak lathe machinist to set-up & run existing parts and program new parts.

Current Tools -

• Fadal Mill w/ 4th Axis
• Mazak QT - MAZATROL 640T
• Mazak Integrex 200 IIS - Mazatrol 640MT
• Mazak Integrex 200III - Mazatrol 640MTPro
• LaGun Manual Mill
• Manual Lathe
• Saw

Primary Materials

• Stainless - 440C, 304, 17-4
• Aluminum
• PEEK
• Delrin
• PolyPro

Primary Tasks

• Must be able to set-up and run parts on all machines
• Must be an expert in Mazak Mazatrol Conversational programming - Manuals available
• Utilize Fishbowl inventory software to account for all material on issued Work Orders
• Provide solutions to avoid scrap
• Ensure accuracy of programs
• Ensure all set-up, tooling, & machining processes per part are documented with revision control.
