At Harris & Bruno International, this position plays a key role in producing precision components used in printing equipment that is shipped worldwide. The shop runs a wide variety of parts, requiring machinists who are adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling frequent setups with confidence.

The Work You'll Be Doing

  • Troubleshoot machining issues (tooling, programming, materials)
  • Optimize cycle times and improve machining processes
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and other machinists
  • Support and mentor junior machinists on the floor

  • Solid setup, tooling, and offset knowledge
  • Experience performing in-process inspection and holding tight tolerances
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred (Not Required):
