CNC Machinist / Programmer

Indus Precision Manufacturing is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer to join our growing team. We are a family-owned AS9100D & ISO 9001:2015 certified precision manufacturing company serving the aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and commercial industries.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on machining, problem solving, and working on a wide variety of precision parts and assemblies.

Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling and/or turning centers
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and process requirements
• Optimize machining processes for quality and efficiency
• Select tooling, workholding, and machining strategies
• Perform in-process inspections using standard inspection equipment
• Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues

Qualifications:

• Experience programming CNC machines (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar)
• Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling, and feeds/speeds
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Experience with aerospace, defense, or semiconductor work preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
