Adecco is seeking CNC Machine Operators for exciting roles at a local client in Garland, TX. This is a great chance to gain valuable experience and grow your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Weekly pay starts at $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate a variety of equipment, including laser cutting machines, thermoforms, and press brakes

• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency

• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or specifications

• Perform basic troubleshooting and report any mechanical issues

• Support material handling, including loading and unloading products

• Ensure finished parts meet quality standards

• Assist in keeping the production area clean, safe, and organized

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience operating manufacturing machinery

• Hands-on approach with the flexibility to support production needs, including machine operation, layout, and material movement

• Experience programming CNC mills and lathes (Haas and Leadwell preferred)

• Ability to support machine setups and contribute to improving run time efficiency

• Willingness to assist with shop scheduling, including machine allocation and production timing

• Openness to learning and programming additional machines with provided training

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
