CNC Machine Operator

We are seeking an experienced CNC Set Up Operator to join our CNC Programming Team in Richardson, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up and operating Horizontal, Vertical, and 5-Axis CNC machines. In this role, you will work closely with CNC Programmers to prepare machines for production, transfer programs and setup information, position materials, troubleshoot setup issues, and ensure machining operations meet quality and production requirements. The successful candidate should have strong technical skills, the ability to read engineering drawings, and a commitment to precision and quality. Location: Richardson, TX (Onsite) Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Shifts: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - Midnight) Hours: 40 hours per week with limited overtime opportunities.
