As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in operating and monitoring various machines and fabrication centers to produce precision, high-quality parts according to schedule. This is a full-time position in manufacturing, with competitive pay starting between $22.00 and $25.50 per hour. You will have the opportunity for four scheduled pay raises within your first year. Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.50 / hour Duties: Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and routers, to produce parts to precise specifications. Load raw materials into machines and monitor the machining process to ensure accuracy and quality. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to determine machining requirements. Use measuring tools and instruments to perform quality checks on finished parts. Make adjustments to machine settings, tooling, and programs as needed to maintain optimal performance. Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure proper functioning. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process. Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
