• Competitive hourly pay: $19.00 - $32.00/hr based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes to machine precision parts
• Follow detailed instructions and prints to meet quality and delivery standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Work independently while meeting strict project timelines
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Assist with other machining tasks or assignments as needed

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of CNC lathe machining experience Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Familiarity with manual milling or CNC milling is a plus
• Programming experience is beneficial but not required
• Strong computer and software skills (MS Office proficiency)
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to quality work
• Open to applicants without a college degree

Our team can custom design the mold for you from concept with our modeling capability, or even help you with rebuilding and repairing a die that has been in production for years.
