Responsibilities
Provide attentive client care, monitor physical and behavioral changes, help maintain home safety, and document services and observations in a timely way.

Requirements
Experience Preferred in a senior care or related healthcare setting
Current CNA or HCA certification
75-hour certificates accepted
Successful completion of a criminal background check and all other required screenings
Two verifiable professional references
Ability to maintain all required certifications, training, and compliance with company and state regulations
Reliable transportation to travel to assigned client visits
