We are seeking a Full Time Cluster Sales Manager to generate group and corporate volume business across three Marriott-brand hotels in Austin, TX - The Otis Hotel, AC Hotel Austin, and Moxy Hotel Austin. In this client-facing, relationship-driven hotel sales role, you will solicit and confirm group bookings, respond to leads with urgency, and cultivate long-term client partnerships across a dynamic multi-property portfolio. The ideal candidate has a background in hotel sales, group bookings, or hospitality and is ready to grow their career in the Austin market with a company that invests in its people. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated hospitality sales professional looking to make an impact in one of the country's most exciting hotel markets.
