Job Title: Cloud FinOps & Cost Optimization Architect

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Experience: 10+ years overall, with 3 5 years in Cloud FinOps

Visa required: GC and USC

Job Description:

Design and implement cloud cost optimization strategies across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Monitor cloud spending, budgets, and usage to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Implement FinOps best practices, cost governance, and financial reporting.

Work with engineering and data teams to optimize cloud infrastructure and data platform costs.

Analyze cloud billing data and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency.

Use tools such as AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, or GCP Cost Management.

Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or other data platforms is a plus.

Collaborate with stakeholders to improve cloud utilization, forecasting, and cost visibility.

Strong understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure, and cost management.
