Jackpot Recruiting is a third-party staffing company partnering with an established organization to hire Remote Sales Representatives.

We are looking for motivated, dependable, and coachable individuals who enjoy working with people and are comfortable in a performance-driven sales environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants the flexibility of working remotely while having access to training, support, and company-provided leads.

This is a 100% remote sales position with no door-to-door sales and no traditional cold calling . Qualified leads and customer opportunities are provided.

What You'll Do

Connect with prospective customers remotely
Explain available products and services
Follow up with company-provided leads
Conduct sales presentations by Zoom or phone
Follow a structured sales process and training program
Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process
Track appointments, follow-ups, and sales activity
Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development
