Job Description
Clinical Director Emergency Room: Manages the nursing services and staff for a department; ensures quality and full compliance with relevant policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) REQUIRED Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related advanced degree in health related field PREFERRED
- MUST BE A RN
- Minimum of 3-5 years' of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
- Minimum of 2 years' of healthcare leadership
- MUST have Leadership/ Management with direct reports
- MUST have current acute care experience
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state TX or a Multistate License
- BLS upon hire
