We are looking for a motivated Client Relations Manager to join our growing team in Irvine. Position Overview: This person will be responsible for negotiating debt settlements directly with banks, credit card companies, and lenders on behalf of our clients. This is a client-facing role that requires professionalism, quick thinking, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Contact banks, lenders, and creditors via phone to negotiate favorable debt settlement agreements - Analyze client debt portfolios and develop effective negotiation strategies - Clearly explain settlement options and outcomes to clients - Maintain accurate records of all communications, agreements, and settlements - Follow up on negotiated deals to ensure proper documentation and processing - Build and maintain positive relationships with creditors and clients - Stay current on debt settlement regulations and industry best practices - Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal team members - Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts and settlements What We're Looking For: - Professional phone demeanor and excellent verbal communication skills - Strong math/numerical skills and comfort working with financial figures - Ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and negotiate effectively - Highly detail-oriented and organized - Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn and grow - Previous customer service, sales, or call center experience is a plus but not required - Must be comfortable making outbound calls daily Ideal Candidate: A college student or recent graduate who is ambitious and looking for a long-term growth opportunity in the financial services industry.
