The A-Team (FedEx Contractor out of Denver, CO area) is now hiring experienced and motivated Class A CDL Solo Drivers for full-time local routes in the Denver and Boulder areas. We are looking for dependable drivers who take pride in safety, professionalism, and reliability.

Pay & Compensation

• Performance-based pay structure
• $250/day guaranteed pay
• Average annual earnings: $65,000/year
• Top drivers earn $70,000-$87,000/year with performance pay and safety bonuses

Schedule & Home Time

Schedules vary depending on assigned run:

• Thursday-Monday
• Tuesday-Saturday
• Saturday-Wednesday
• Monday-Friday

Benefits

• Medical benefits available on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment
• 401(k) with company match available on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment
• Paid vacation: 1 week after 1 year. 2 weeks after 3 years
• Paid sick leave in accordance with Colorado law

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1 year of verifiable CDL A experience within the last 3 years OR 5 years within the last 10 years required
• 2 years of CDL A tractor-trailer experience strongly preferred
• 2 years of doubles/triples endorsement experience strongly preferred
• Clean MVR
• Ability to pass: Pre-employment drug screen, Background check, and DOT physical
• Must be dependable, safety-focused, and self-motivated
