Civil Engineer (Land Development)

ROLE 2: CIVIL ENGINEER (LAND DEVELOPMENT) = Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience Experience: approximately 2-3 years (flexible for strong candidates outside this range) Work Authorization: no visa sponsorship. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship. Position Overview Design of private subdivision and land development projects across residential, retail, commercial, industrial and institutional sectors in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The role works independently on smaller projects and supports Senior Designers and Project Managers on larger ones.
