Schedule & Pay: Location: Eau Claire, WI Schedule: Mon-Fri evenings from 2:30pm-8pm Thursday evening availability highly preferred As needed weekend availability This family is able to work with you & your schedule Wage: $14.13/hr About The Child- She is an active child that enjoys outdoor play as well as arts & crafts! Enjoys: Baking Climbing trees Biking Going to the park Painting Clay activities Science Pandas and rainbows Responsibilities: Provide reminders and monitoring of insulin levels Provide supervision Assist with meal preparation as needed Outings to park/community Foster a safe, supportive, and positive environment Requirements: Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, auto insurance Knowledge of diabetes care preferred, but not required (training provided) Strong willingness to learn and follow care routines Email your resume to: (email removed) If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record.
