The Jericho Group Consultants, LLC is recruiting an experienced Chief Engineer for a leading hospitality and industrial laundry operation in Williamsburg, Virginia.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader to take ownership of plant reliability, lead a skilled maintenance team, reduce equipment downtime, and drive continuous improvement across a high-volume operation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, train, and develop maintenance personnel
Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Repair and maintain industrial washers, dryers, boilers, compressors, conveyors, and motors
Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Manage parts inventory, purchasing, and maintenance budget
Oversee building, facility, and grounds maintenance
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
Lead equipment upgrades and maintenance projects

QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of industrial maintenance, plant operations, or engineering leadership
Commercial/industrial laundry experience preferred
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Microsoft Office/Excel proficiency
Valid driver's license required
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
