Change Analyst

An Excellent Opportunity as "Change Analyst" to work with one of the Largest Banking client in Charlotte, NC Other locations: Chicago, IL and Denver, CO Pay Range: $45/hr - $50/hr Job Description: Must Haves: Business Analysis or Change Management experience within Cyber Security or Infrastructure environments Strong understanding of Cyber Security concepts and terminology Network Access Control (NAC), 802.1X Authentication, Endpoint Security, Access Controls Security Compliance & Remediation Experience managing and coordinating CRQs (Change Requests) Excellent communication skills Comfortable interacting with engineers, managers, and senior leadership Strong data analysis skills Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, risks, exceptions, and remediation opportunities Experience creating documentation SOPs Runbooks Playbooks Process documentation Project tracking and reporting experience Risk management Dependency tracking Weekly executive/project status reporting Day to Day: Create, manage, and track CRQs (Change Requests) from initiation through implementation Coordinate change approvals across Cyber Security, Network Engineering, and Operations teams Drive security remediation efforts related to NAC, 802.1X, and endpoint authentication initiatives Analyze large datasets to identify security gaps, out-of-compliance assets, and remediation opportunities Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure dependencies, risks, and blockers are addressed Create SOPs, runbooks, playbooks, and process documentation to support operational excellence Produce weekly status reporting on project progress, CRQ activity, risks, and implementation metrics Partner with engineering teams to ensure security-related changes are properly documented, approved, and executed The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, (paid time , paid sick and safe time , hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable) To apply for this position and set up an interview with the client please click on apply and send in your resume along with your contact info.
