Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role:Join FLEXX Fitness as a Certified Personal Trainer and help clients achieve their fitness goals in a dynamic and supportive environment. We are looking for passionate fitness professionals who thrive on motivating others and creating personalized training programs.
Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct one-on-one training sessions and group classes to maximize client engagement.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Provide expert guidance on nutrition and lifestyle modifications to enhance client results.
• Assist with facility upkeep, including cleaning, organizing equipment, and maintaining a professional environment
• Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term commitment to fitness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to deliver the highest quality training.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
• Contribute during non-training hours by supporting front desk operations, client check-ins, and overall member experience
• Participate in marketing initiatives such as social media content, community outreach, and gym events

Requirements:

• Current certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in personal training or group fitness instruction.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, program design, and nutrition principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Passion for fitness and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client availability, including evenings and weekends.
