Job Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday)
Setting: School-Based In-Person

Schedule: Monday-Friday, based on athletic activities and operational needs. Hours are not structured as a traditional shift-based position.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to support the health, safety, and performance of student-athletes. The role focuses on injury prevention, evaluation, immediate care, rehabilitation, emergency response, and safe return to activity.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and provide immediate care for athletic and musculoskeletal injuries.

Develop and implement treatment, rehabilitation, and reconditioning plans.

Provide first aid, CPR, and emergency care during practices and athletic events.

Assess readiness and support safe return-to-activity decisions.

Coordinate athlete care with physicians, coaches, parents, and healthcare professionals.

Educate athletes on injury prevention, recovery, and wellness.

Provide coverage for practices, games, and required athletic events.

Maintain accurate and confidential healthcare documentation.

Support injury prevention and athlete wellness programs.

Qualifications

Certified Athletic Trainer with appropriate professional credentials.

Knowledge of sports medicine, injury management, rehabilitation, and reconditioning.

Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal injuries.

First Aid/CPR certification and emergency care skills.

Ability to work effectively with athletes, coaches, parents, and healthcare professionals.
