Aya Healthcare is supporting a full time 1099 Assignment for a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant in Saint Louis, Missouri. This is a long term need at a large academic hospital with a structured weekday schedule and consistent clinical volume in a collaborative operating room environment.

Assignment Overview
• 1099 Assignment
• Start date in July 2026
• Six month term with extension potential
• Full time coverage needed

Schedule
• Monday through Friday coverage
• Day shifts with staggered start times between 7a and 10a
• Options for 4x10 or 5x8 scheduling
• Rotating weekday off when working 4x10s
• No call coverage

Practice Setting
• Academic and hospital based environment
• High acuity surgical services with diverse case mix
• Collaborative model alongside surgeons, anesthesia professionals, CRNAs, and perioperative staff
