CDL Hazmat Fuel Tanker Driver - Local

Elite Fuels Transportation Inc. is seeking a safety-focused Local Fuel Transportation Truck Driver to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for experienced CDL-A tanker drivers who take pride in safe fuel delivery, accurate documentation, and professional customer service. All drivers must attend mandatory safety training at our corporate facility in Riverside, CA (2 3 days) upon hire. Hotel accommodations are provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tanker truck to deliver fuel to retail stations and commercial accounts
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT and company standards
• Load and unload petroleum products following all safety and environmental regulations
• Complete and submit all required documentation (BOLs, inspection reports, delivery logs)
• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch using mobile applications
• Ensure timely and efficient route completion while maintaining safety as a top priority
• Represent the company professionally at customer locations
• 6 Month Probationary Period

Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week AM and PM shifts currently available Hiring immediately for both shift schedules

Must be available for occasional extended hours due to 24/7 operations

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license with:
• Tanker endorsement
• Hazmat endorsement (with active TSA clearance)
• No Restrictions
• Minimum 3 years CDL A driving experience
• At least 6 months recent fuel/tanker (gas station delivery) experience required
• Clean driving record:
• No more than 1 moving violation and 1 at-fault accident in the past 3 years
• No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) within the past 10 years
• Registered and cleared in the FMCSA Clearinghouse
• Ability to lift lbs
• Comfortable using mobile apps for:
• ELD systems (e.g., Samsara)
• BOLs and dispatch communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently carded at fuel loading racks
