CDL Class A Reefer Driver Regional & OTR Routes Up to $150K Annually

At Leon Logistics LTD, we are looking for dependable, safety-focused CDL Class A Drivers to join our growing team.

We specialize in regional and OTR refrigerated transportation of premium meat and seafood products for El Rey USA Meats & Seafood INC. We offer stable employment, modern equipment, outstanding benefits, and real opportunities for career growth.

What We Offer:

Pay: $50,000 - $150,000 per year

• Earn $0.50 to $0.70 per mile, based on experience.
• Paid trial days.
• Paid training.
• Weekly earnings ranging from $750 to $3,500, depending on miles driven and company compensation programs.

Safety Bonus

• $1,200 Quarterly Safety Bonus for drivers who maintain an excellent safety record and comply with all company policies.

Drive Modern Equipment

Our fleet includes:

• Modern, well-maintained equipment.
• Trailers equipped with liftgates for safer and more efficient deliveries.
• Electric and manual pallet jacks provided for unloading.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL Class A tractor-trailer on regional and OTR routes.
• Transport refrigerated and frozen food products, including beef, poultry, pork, seafood, and other protein products.
• Handle boxed freight weighing up to 80 pounds.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Accurately complete all DOT and company-required documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stop.
• Comply with all company, DOT, and FMCSA safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A License.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
• Availability to operate on regional and OTR routes.
