At Decker Truck Line, drivers aren't just filling seats - they're building careers. With strong pay, modern equipment, and a culture that rewards performance and experience, Decker gives you the miles, respect, and upward momentum you deserve.

If you're looking for reliable freight, consistent raises, and a company that invests in your future, this is where your career levels up.

• Top pay built for serious flatbed pros. Earn up to $112,000 per year with base pay up to 75CPM based on experience and location, plus scheduled yearly CPM raises that keep your earning power growing.
• Weekend home time you can plan around. Most customers operate during normal business hours, meaning fewer overnight appointments, a more predictable week, and weekends at home.
• Big sign-on for experienced drivers. Qualified flatbed drivers can earn up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus, giving you a strong start from day one.
• Bonuses that stack on every mile. Add up to 5CPM in monthly performance bonuses, plus tarp pay, load securement pay, stop pay, detention, layover, and breakdown pay, because flatbed skill should pay more.
• Less time waiting, more time rolling. Shorter loading and unloading times at many customer locations mean fewer long detention periods and more of your day spent moving.
• Flatbed freight that keeps you active. Haul 100% no-touch freight where tarping and securement keep you moving throughout the day instead of sitting in the cab for hours on end, with steady loads that reward drivers who take pride in doing the job right.

• Full coverage that starts strong. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a prescription program paid by Decker.
• Invest in your future. 401(k) with company match, FSA options, paid time off, and paid orientation.
• Modern trucks built for the road. Drive 2020 and newer Peterbilt 579s and Freightliner Cascadias with automatic transmissions for smoother miles.
• Driver-friendly extras. Pet and rider policies plus uncapped $4,100 referral bonuses.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Base pay ranges from 52-75CPM. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.
