We re implementing a $0.04 per mile raise for our Crete and Shaffer OTR (21-day) national fleets, with starting pay on those fleets now $0.68 $0.71 per mile, with the top 50% of those drivers now averaging over $107,000 annually. Salary: Top 50% average $88,527 per year
CPM: Starting pay $.64 to $.67 cpm
Experience: One-year verifiable tractor trailer experience with a class A CDL
