CDL-A Dedicated Linehaul Driver - Auto Parts

Universal Logistics of Virginia, a wholly owned subsidiary of Estes Express Lines, Inc. is currently seeking motivated and customer-oriented CDL-A Dedicated Linehaul Drivers with HAZMAT endorsement.

Be part of a brand-new dedicated auto parts linehaul operation from the ground up. We're building a reliable overnight network with home nightly routes and want experienced, safety-minded CDL-A drivers who hold a current Hazmat endorsement.

Location: Kansas City - Dedicated Routes - Home Nightly

Job Type: Full Time - Overnight / Third Shift (Home Nightly)

Schedule:

Dedicated Overnight / 3rd Shift - Home Nightly

Typical start time: 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Back home every morning (typically 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM)

Monday night - Friday night

Consistent miles every week

This is a stable, predictable position with consistent dedicated freight and excellent home time.

Pay & Benefits:

Competitive pay: $70-75,000 per year

Newer equipment and well-maintained 53' dry vans with liftgates

Duties:

Safely operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer pulling 53' dry vans with liftgates on dedicated linehaul routes

Deliver auto parts to crossdock facilities overnight

Use the liftgate and pallet jack and assist with unloading palletized freight as needed

Perform pre- and post-trip inspections

Complete accurate logs, paperwork, and delivery records

Comply with all DOT, hazmat, and company safety standards

Requirements:

Valid CDL-A license

Hazmat endorsement REQUIRED

Minimum 2 years recent tractor-trailer experience (53' dry van preferred)

Clean driving record (no preventable accidents or major violations in last 3 years)

Ability to operate liftgate and handle palletized auto parts freight

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally

Reliable, professional, and safety-minded

Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and DOT physical
