Our client is seeking experienced CDL A Regional Reefer Drivers for a direct-hire opportunity based in Janesville, Wisconsin. This position offers consistent refrigerated freight, modern automatic equipment, home-weekly routes, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.

• Pay: $1,825+ per week
• Mileage rate: $0.65 per mile
• Typical weekly mileage: 2,000-2,500 miles, with opportunities for additional miles
• Schedule: Typically Saturday-Wednesday or Sunday-Thursday
• Home time: Home weekly
• Hours per week: 40
• Dispatch information is provided at least 24 hours before the trip begins.
• Additional earning opportunities: Stop pay, detention pay, monthly fuel-efficiency bonus, and local pickups when Hours of Service allow

• Route type: Regional
• Freight: Refrigerated food, primarily cheese
• Equipment: 2019 or newer Kenworth T680 automatic tractors with 53-foot refrigerated trailers
• Electronic logging system: Samsara
• Handling: No-touch freight; no loading or unloading required

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer while transporting refrigerated freight.
• Complete deliveries throughout assigned regional routes.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs using Samsara.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries, routes, and schedules.
• Operate equipment safely while following DOT and company policies.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• No endorsements required.

• $5,000 sign-on bonus:
  • $1,000 after 30 days
  • $2,000 after 6 months
  • $2,000 after 12 months
