Qualifications:

More than 2 years of Residential Carpentry experience. Candidates without experience will not be considered at this time.

Drivers license & reliable transportation - Preferably a vehicle that can haul lumber and tools.

Ability to lift and work from 75 lb. /40' ladder.

Lives in the greater Seattle area.

Pay / Benefits:

$25 - $45 Based on skill/experience level

Skill Requirements:

Framing and Structural building and repair

Wood Siding repair and replacement (Lap/Bevel Siding, Cedar Shake, Hardie Siding, Panel)

Rot repair

Weatherproofing (house wrap, vycore, flashing, etc.)

Door & Window Installation

Deck, Fence & Rail Installation

Interior & Exterior Trim repair and replacement

Millwork

Remodeling experience (kitchen, bathroom, finish carpentry)

Preferred but not critical:

Cabinetry

Drywall

Tile

Responsibilities:

Maintain safe working environment according to all State regulations as well as all Company standards and requirements

Ability to self-manage

Capable of reading and understanding blue-prints and manufacturer specifications

Strong time management skills

Good attendance/Reliable

Professional appearance & people/customer-oriented personality.
