This is a 1099 subcontractor position.
P.D.E - Pay Depends on Experience

Small coastal residential Builders.
New construction/renovations and additions.
Must have knowledge in all aspects of residential building, including.
- Framing,
- Windows,
- Doors,
- Siding,
- Flooring,
- Custom millwork,
- Demolition.
Must have good communication, willingness to learn and be able to work independently. We have a good time building beautiful homes on the coast of Maine.
