Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician

Carondelet Medical Group (CMG), one of Southern Arizona's largest multi-specialty groups, is seeking a Board Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join their well-established cardiovascular team. • Full-time, employed opportunity with CMG
• Collaborative cardiovascular team includes interventional cardiology, advanced heart valve therapies, and electrophysiology
• Access to a hybrid OR and robotic surgical platform
• Dedicated support team including a practice manager, medical assistant, and surgery scheduler
• Centralized billing, credentialing, and HR resources
• Affiliated with St. Mary's Hospital, a 2024 AHA Stroke Gold Plus Award recipient and designated Cardiac Receiving Center

Responsibilities

• Provide shared, compensated call coverage across two facilities alongside one other CT surgeon

Shift & Schedule

• Clinic schedule: 1-2 days per week with approximately 12 patients per day
• Surgical schedule: 3-4 OR days per week with 5-7 surgeries weekly

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
