Position Overview

seeking a Board-Certified Cardiologist for ongoing General Cardiology coverage in a well-supported hospital environment. This opportunity is ideal for providers seeking a flexible recurring schedule with no call responsibilities.

Assignment Details

• ASAP start
• Expected assignment length: 9 months
• Coverage need: Approximately 1 week per month
• 8-hour day shifts
• No call required

Practice Setting

• Hospital-based General Cardiology coverage
• 247-bed medical center
• Adult patient population
• EMR: Epic

Clinical Responsibilities

• Inpatient cardiology coverage
• Rounding and admissions required
• Perform cardioversions and TEE procedures
• Work independently at times while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Patient Volume

• Average daily census: patients

Requirements

• Board-Certified Cardiologist (MD/DO)
• Active Washington State license required at presentation
• ACLS and BLS certifications required through AHA or ARC
• Recent cardiovascular case logs required within the past 24 months
• Must demonstrate current clinical activity representative of requested privileges
