Pediatric Cardiac Nurse Practitioner

A unique opportunity is available for an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join a specialized cardiac care team dedicated to infants, children, and young adults with congenital and acquired heart disease.

You ll provide advanced practice care in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other team members in high-acuity settings including the cardiac ICU, telemetry unit, PACU, and advanced delivery unit. This is a hands-on, inpatient role focused on continuity of care, surgical support, and family-centered communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform exams, order and interpret labs, prescribe medications, and manage treatment plans.

• Support pre- and post-operative cardiac surgical patients.

• Present during rounds, write progress notes, and manage discharges.

• Participate in patient care conferences and quality improvement efforts.

• Collaborate closely with families, providing education and updates with compassion.
