    • Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Surgery/Clinic)
    • Call during weekdays only
    • No weekend call
  • Setting: Outpatient & Inpatient
  • EMR: MediTech

• Average 30 procedures per month
• Includes:
  • EP Diagnostic Studies
  • Ablations
  • Device Implants

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology
• Active State License (KY or IMLC accepted)
• Certifications: BLS/ACLS
• Vaccines: Mandatory (flu)
• Credentialing: Streamlined process
