ACET is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Army Aviation Business Development & Capture Manager to lead growth initiatives within the U.S. Army Aviation market. This position will focus on identifying, shaping, positioning, and capturing aviation sustainment and modernization opportunities across Army rotary-wing platforms and related mission support programs. The successful candidate will possess deep knowledge of the Army Aviation enterprise, acquisition environment, sustainment operations, and customer landscape, with demonstrated success driving capture efforts from early opportunity shaping through contract award. This position is remote; however, the selected candidate must be able to travel frequently to customer sites, industry events, and government meetings.
