Position Overview

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cable Finishing & Assembly Team Member to join our production team. This entry-level position handles the final finishing, wrapping, and packaging of our custom wiring kits. You'll work hands-on with high-quality materials, ensuring every order that leaves our shop meets our standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Apply protective wraps and heat-shrink finishes to cable assemblies
• Inspect completed cables for quality, fit, and finish
• Assemble kits with correct cables, battery terminals, boots, stickers, and accessories
• Maintain organized and efficient workstations following 3S standards
• Report material shortages, quality issues, or process concerns promptly

Qualifications

• Experience in light manufacturing, assembly, or shipping preferred (we will train)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
• Comfortable using hand tools, cutters, and heat-shrink equipment
• Reliable attendance and ability to work efficiently with a small team
• U.S. work authorization required

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions as required

Schedule

• Full-time, on-site position in Vancouver, WA
• Typical schedule: Monday-Friday
