Job Description
Contract Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Contract Location: Saint Louis, MO Start Date: Once Credentialed ( 90 day timeframe) Contract Length: 6 months Shift Details: 4x10 or 5x8 Schedule:
Scheduled M-F with staggering shift times starting anywhere between 7a-10a.
Must be flexible with schedule.
4x10 will include a rotating weekday off.

Support staff: surgeons, Anes, CRNAs, perioperative staff
Department description: Anesthesia
EMR: EPIC
Hospital Bed Size: 316
Special Procedures: general surgery, ortho, neuro, trauma, OB, cardiac
Skills Required: Trauma Level I experience required

Requirements:
Board Certification: NCCAA Certification
State License: Missouri Open to Licensing
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
Minimum experience required: 2 years preferred; 1 year required. Must also have Level I trauma experience.
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
