Belleview Valley Nursing Home is looking for a full-time Business Office Manger, Monday-Friday 8-4:30pm.

Starting pay is based on experience.

Job Duties include, but not limited to:

• Perform new employee orientations as needed.
• Track due dates for employee PPD and physicals.
• Run references/criminal background/EDL and other pre-hire checks in a timely manner.
• File and keep employee applications in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Shred confidential information as requested by administrative personnel
• Bills all charges correctly and in a timely manner.
• Able to explain charges to all customers.
• Make Deposits for Resident Trust and Operating Accounts.
• Oversee facility facing employee time keeping and payroll.
• Reconcile Resident Trust on a monthly basis.
• Assist Home Office with AR, AP, and Payroll communication and completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
